Questions
- What is free?
- Manual food logging, targets and micronutrients, halal and allergen warnings, workouts, bloodwork entry and trends, progress history and data export. Re-logging a food you already confirmed (“your usual”), saved recipes and “log again” are free too.
- What does an AI meal cost?
- A typical AI meal estimate uses about 25 credits. Large multi-item meals use more, nutrition-label scans about half. Credits are charged from the actual AI work, so the number of meals per pack is an estimate.
- Is there a daily limit?
- For fair use, AI requests are limited to 25 per day on every plan, including Plus. Manual logging has no limit.
- What happens when I run out?
- AI features pause until you add credits. Manual logging and everything else keep working; nothing you logged is locked.
- Do credits renew or expire?
- Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Plus adds 2,400 credits each month; unused Plus credits roll over, up to one month's worth, and trial credits don't roll over.
- How do I cancel Plus?
- In Settings, any time. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancel during the free trial and you won't be charged at all.
- Does Speed Macros certify halal food?
- No. Halal and allergen notes are warnings based on what you log. They are not certification; check with the restaurant or product label.
- Is my health data used for ads?
- No. Speed Macros has no ad trackers. Read the privacy policy and consumer health data policy for details.
